We accept cancellations up to 24 hours before the scheduled delivery or service date. Please note that all event ticket sales are final, and we do not accept cancellations or offer refunds for event tickets.

Refund Policy:

If you cancel your order within 24 hours of the scheduled delivery or service date, you will be refunded in full for products or services other than event tickets. However, if you cancel your order after the 24-hour cancellation period or if your order includes event tickets, you will not be eligible for a refund.

If we are unable to fulfill your order for any reason, we will issue a full refund for products or services other than event tickets.

If you are not satisfied with the quality of our products or services, please let us know as soon as possible. We will work with you to resolve the issue to your satisfaction. If we are unable to resolve the issue, we will issue a refund for the portion of the order that was unsatisfactory, excluding event tickets.
